Homeowners of the Ledges East Master Owners’ Association (LEMOA) are invited to attend community events & meetings. We want all the neighbors to feel supported and comfortable in our community. We value our HOA members, and all homeowners receive:
- A discount card for 10% off green fees, Fish Rock Grille, & regularly priced golf shop merchandise
- Instructions on changes, maintenance, utilities, amenities, and rules for your subdivision
- Information on what’s happening at The Ledges Golf Club
- Local and surrounding area information
LEMOA was created to maintain the quality of the homes and common areas within each neighborhood.
Parking: There is no street parking in The Ledges, except for along The Ledges Parkway, south. All other parking should be compliant to each of the individual neighborhood CC&Rs.
Neighborhood Aesthetics: To maintain a unified community aesthetic, homeowners should refrain from unauthorized changes to the exterior of their homes. Any desired alterations or additions to your home need to be submitted to the HOA and approved by the Architectural Control Committee.
Dues: Dues and fees are specific to each neighborhood. Please contact the HOA for the respective amounts.
