Individual Membership

Golf privileges are extended to the primary member.

Family Membership

Golf privileges are extended to the primary member, their spouse or life partner and dependent children living in the same household (unmarried) up to age 23. All users must be listed on the application.

Monthly Dues $750 monthly

Business Membership

The business pays the current initiation fee, with the option to add up to three additional designees. Each designee can choose their membership type and follows the rules of that membership type. Business Membership monthly due may be billed individually to each designee or to the Business. Each designee would follow the same application process as a regular member, and each will have their own membership number.

* Should a designee become delinquent, the business will be notified and will assume responsibility of the designee’s account; if account is not brought current all designee accounts will be suspended.
* Proof of employment is required for each designee.
* Designees (max of 4) can be added, transferred to another employee or removed on an annual basis for a $1000 transfer fee. Max of one change per year.
* Guest fees and rules apply to guests of each designee.
* Responsible for applicable cart fee per player.

Corporate Membership

Membership is in the Business Name; business is responsible for all charges on account. One Primary Contact will add/remove extensions on the account and provide proof of employment for those extensions. May assign up to 4 extensions on the account (including primary contact).

Each listed extension is eligible for the following:

* Charging privileges on the Corporate House Account.
* Tee time booking privilege.
* Unlimited use of the practice facility
* Directory listing; monthly newsletter via email.
* Special Member Guest fees for friends and family. (Green fees change seasonally, check with the golf shop for current Guest Fees).
* 20% discount on apparel and 10% discount on equipment in the golf shop.
* 10% discount on food in the Fish Rock Grille (alcohol excluded).
* Option to bag storage (fee applies).
* Membership is to be used for owners clients and guests. Rounds cannot be re-sold to others and would result in membership cancellation.

Corporate Membership May book a max of 8 rounds (starts) per week:

* 9-hole or 18-hole rounds count equally.
* Any rounds over 8 in a week will be charged at the member guest rate (member guest rate changes seasonally, check with the golf shop for current fees).
* Starts may be used by extensions or invited guests.
* Cart fees included on the Corporate Membership.

Membership Rules & Regulations

Club Rules & Policies

All members and guests are required to check in the golf shop prior to going on the golf course. No other activities are permitted at any time including but not limited to fishing, walking dogs, jogging, hunting golf balls, riding bikes or skateboarding. Exceptions are pre-planned club sponsored events or events coordinated through the club.

Golf members are entitled to golf privileges based on each member’s membership type and are subject to the regulations listed below. DEPENDENTS are recognized as unmarried children, between the ages of 6 and 23, residing in the house and under the care and maintenance of the member. MEMBERS shall be responsible for all charges made by their guest(s) in the clubhouse and on the golf course as well as their compliance with all club rules listed below.

Tee Time Policy

Members may make up to 2 tee times per day up to 14 days in advance. Names of members and their guests are requested at the time of the reservation. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to give another member or guest the opportunity to use that tee time. A $50 per person charge will be charged to the members’ house account for all uncancelled tee times and no-shows.

Tee Time Allocation

The Ledges Golf Club is a semi-private golf club with members, guests, resort guests, residents, and public play. Tee times may be made as follows:

* Resort Guests may reserve tee times up to 12 months in advance.
* Residents and public may reserve tee times up to 90 days in advance.
* Members may reserve tee times up to 14 days in advance.

(Member tee times booked outside the member 14 day booking window will be charged posted rack rate).

In order to keep the tee sheet available to members, the staff will allocate (block) tee times for booking by members based on the number of memberships and will be adjusted accordingly.

Golf Shop Check-In Policy

All members and their guests are required to check into the Golf Shop prior to playing golf or using the practice facilities. It is important to know who is utilizing the club at all times.

Dress Code Policy

CLUBHOUSE DRESS CODE POLICY

Members are responsible for their guests’ attire. Appropriate golf course attire is welcome in the clubhouse and dining areas. Denim is also acceptable in the clubhouse but not on the golf course or practice facility.

GOLF COURSE & PRACTICE FACILITIES DRESS CODE POLICY

While on the Golf Course or Practice Facilities, men’s apparel must be of current golf fashion. Men must wear golf shirts with sleeves and golf slacks or medium length shorts. Tank tops, tee shirts, athletic shorts, jeans/denim, etc. are not permissible. Women’s slacks, shorts and golf skirts must be of current golf fashion. Sleeveless tops are permitted; tank tops, halter tops, midriffs, short-shorts, and jeans/denim are not permitted.

Pace of Play Policy

The Ledges Golf Club is a semi-private golf club with members and public players. Every effort will be made to maintain a 4 hour and 20-minute pace of play. Groups failing to maintain an appropriate pace of play will be asked by the course Player Assistant to speed up and maintain that pace.

Cart Rules

To ensure the safety of all golfers and maintain course conditions, members and guests will adhere to the following cart protocols:

* Cart drivers must have a valid Driver’s License.
* All Par 3’s are Cart Path Only at all times, (holes 2, 5, 10 & 12).
* Carts are not to be driven within 50 feet of greens. Please exit the fairway before the wooden cart indicators on each side of the fairway.
* Keep all 4 tires of carts on the path around all tee boxes & greens.
* To prevent accidents, park carts on level ground wherever possible and set the brake.
* Under no circumstances are carts to be driven in the native turf, bunkers, desert areas, water hazards or on steep mounds.
* Observe posted instructions where provided, avoid wet spots and soft turf.
* Any damage to a golf cart will be billed the total repair costs (including labor) to the members house account.
* It is not only your responsibility as a member to observe these policies, but also to inform your guests and fellow member playing partners who may be in violation.
* Currently, private carts are not allowed to be used at the club. Ledges Golf Carts are to be used on the course at all times.

Food & Beverage

FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM

Each membership is required to spend a minimum of $800 in the Fish Rock Grille (restaurant) or Snack Bar each calendar year (alcohol not included). Members will pay each time they eat and their spending will be tracked yearly in our system. At the conclusion of the year, if a member has not met the $800 in food or beverage minimum (alcohol not included), the balance between what was spent and $800 requirement will be billed to the members account (program starts in January 2024).

OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE

Coolers are provided on club golf carts for the purpose of keeping club purchased Food & Beverages cold. Members and guests may NOT bring alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages or food purchased off club property anywhere on club premises. EXCEPTION, members may bring their own wine to the restaurant and pay the current corkage fee. The Snack Bar has a selection of drinks, prepackaged food, and fruit available for purchase to alleviate the need to bring food and/or beverages onto the Golf Course.

Lightening

Each player is responsible for their own safety during lightning and inclement weather. It is recommended to seek shelter in a permanent structure, in a fully enclosed vehicle or to find a low elevation area. You should avoid tall trees, large open areas, wet areas and elevated areas. Lightning and inclement weather can arrive over the golf course very rapidly, so please use caution.

Dog and Pet Policy

Dogs/Pets are not allowed on the golf course or practice facility. Dogs/pets are not permitted on club grounds except for certified service dogs with proper ADA Documentation. Service dog certification documentation should be provided to the professional staff prior to the service animal being on the club grounds.

Member Account Payment Policy

Each member is given the ability to make club charges to their Membership House Account. House account balances will be billed on the 10th of each month with the credit card on file. Please bring any discrepancies to the staff’s attention prior to the 10th so we can make the necessary adjustments prior to charging the card on file.

Guest Policy

Members are allowed to bring guests (family and non-family) to the club in accordance with club rules and golf membership classifications. Guests may play a maximum of eight times per year at the discounted Member Guest Rate. Additional rounds played will be at published rack rate.

Adjacent Homes

Homes located on the golf course are private property. Please do not enter adjacent homeowners’ property to retrieve errant golf balls. Please do not intentionally hit balls over homes. Damage to homeowners’ property caused by errant golf balls is the responsibility of the golfer.

Club Ownership

The Ledges Golf Club is a privately owned golf club. Club ownership reserves the right to add, change or modify any rules, regulations, dues, fees, etc. at any time. Members have no rights or ownership in the club in any way and have no decision-making power on how the club is operated. If a member is unhappy with how the club is operated, after their 2-year contacted commitment, may resign their membership at any time. No dues, fees or payments of any kind will be refunded. If, at a later date, the former member decides to return to the club, they will be required to pay the current initiation fee to rejoin. Ownership has the right to suspend or terminate memberships at their discretion and no fees will be refunded.
