About the Rentals
What’s your cancellation policy?
- Cancellation policies vary based on the home size. For large homes with private amenities, you will receive a full refund up to 60 days prior to your arrival, and no refunds are given within 60 days of arrival. For all other rentals, you will receive a full refund up to 14 days prior to your arrival, and no refunds are given within 14 days of arrival. You may receive a refund, through qualifying events, if you purchase travel insurance when making a reservation.
Can we purchase an early check-in or late checkout?
- Early check-ins and late checkouts can be purchased based on availability. Please contact our office at 435.634.4660 and one of our team members will see if an early check-in or late checkout is available for your reservation.
Do you have parking available for boats and ATV/UTV trailers?
- There are limited parking stalls in the rentals for overflow parking. If you are bringing down a trailer or recreation vehicle, we ask that you park in the overflow parking on Ledges Parkway to the South of The Ledges offramp. For guests staying in the Hillcrest neighborhood only, there are specific parking stalls for oversized vehicles within the neighborhood parking area.
Do some of the homes have pack-n-plays for babies?
- Some of our vacation rentals include such items as pack-n-plays, child chairs, etc. We have provided a list of amenities for each unit on our website. Please review the amenities for each St. George rental to see if it includes such items as a pack-n-play.
Do you have pots & pans to cook within the rentals?
- Each vacation rental comes with a fully equipped kitchen. We have pots, pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, plates, bowls, glasses, and utensils for making meals in the home. Some of the villas may have spices available, but we recommend bringing your own just in case. Salt and pepper are supplied in each rental as a standard.
Do you offer long-term rental options?
- We do offer long-term rental options from one month to over a year. Please contact our office at 435.634.4660 for pricing and availability for our long-term rental program.
Do we need to bring pool towels with us, or do you supply them?
- We supply all towels and linens (including pool towels) for your stay. Pool towels are typically located in the master closet of each home.
Are your pools open and heated year-round?
- Pool operations vary for each neighborhood within The Ledges. Please check each listing to see the pool information for the neighborhood you are staying in. The hot tubs in each neighborhood remain open year-round. Additionally, limited units have private pools and hot tubs that are heated and available year-round.
Does every vacation rental have pool access & what are the pool hours?
- Pool hours are from 10 am- 10 pm for our rentals in St. George, Utah. Rentals in The Escapes have access to 2 community pools and hot tubs. Rentals in The Fairways have access to 1 community pool and hot tub. Rentals in Hillcrest have 1 community pool and hot tub. Homes in Sand Cove provide their own unique amenities with each home and do not have a community pool or hot tub.
How far are the rentals from the pool?
- In each neighborhood, some of the villas are located around the pool(s) while others may be up to 150 yards away. All units with neighborhood amenities are within a short walking distance of the heated pool(s) and hot tub(s).
Do we get a discount on your golf course if we stay in your rentals?
- Anyone staying in the vacation rentals, is eligible to receive a discount on our golf course. The discount is $10 off per player for the morning rounds. To receive the discount, please call our office at 435.634.4605 and speak with Dan Dekker. He will set your tee time(s) up and tie your green fees into your reservation. If you book a tee time directly with the golf course, you will not be eligible for the discounted rate.
Do you have a fitness center on-site?
- Rentals in The Fairways neighborhood include access to a neighborhood fitness center. Additionally, The Ledges Golf Club offers a gym to all guests for a daily fee of $10 per person per day. The Ledges Fitness Center is located by the driving range in the Snack Bar building. There are multiple pickleball courts throughout The Ledges development including pickleball courts at the Fish Rock Park. Within a short five-minute drive, you can access over 150 miles of hiking trails. We also have a paved walking and biking trail directly associated with our community that connects to the North entrance of Snow Canyon State Park.

Where is the closest grocery store?
- We have several options for grocery stores that are close to our location. Here are some of the store names and their distances from our community:
- Smith’s Grocery Store (7 miles or 10 minutes)
- Digby’s Market (7 miles or 11 minutes)
- Lin’s Fresh Market (8 miles or 13 minutes)
- Harmons Grocery (9 miles or 15 minutes)
- Costco (11 miles or 19 minutes)
- We also offer pre-arrival grocery delivery as a part of our concierge services!
How far are you from downtown St. George?
- We are located five miles north of Bluff Street on SR-18. It is a short eight to ten-minute drive to downtown St. George.
Are there hiking trails close by?
- St. George is full of walking, hiking, and biking trails. We are fortunate to be adjacent to Snow Canyon State Park (2 minutes away), which includes over 20 trailheads. We also rent E-Bikes, which can be ridden on a continuous loop through Snow Canyon on a single charge. You can also visit hikestgeorge.com or greaterzion.com to see a list of all the hiking & biking trails in the area.
How far is Snow Canyon State Park from the rentals?
- The North entrance to Snow Canyon State Park is only 2 minutes from The Ledges community.
How far is Tuacahn from the rentals?
- Tuacahn Ampitheatre is only 18 minutes/10 miles from The Ledges. One option is to go through Snow Canyon State Park for a stunning evening drive on your way to see one of Tuacahn’s outdoor concerts or Broadway shows. Information on discounted tickets is provided after making a reservation. Please contact our office with any questions.
How far are you from Zion National Park?
- Zion National Park is located 50 miles from The Ledges which is about an hour’s drive.
How far are you from Bryce Canyon Nation Park?
- Bryce Canyon National Park is located just 2 hours from The Ledges.
How far are you from Grand Canyon National Park?
- Grand Canyon Nation Park is located 148 miles from The Ledges, which is about a 3-hour drive. The North Rim is open seasonally so check if it is open ahead of time. The South Rim is open year-round and is a 5-hour drive.
