About the Rentals
What’s your cancellation policy?
- Any reservation that is canceled more than 30 days prior to the day of arrival, will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee. For reservations that cancel less than 30 days prior to the day of arrival, no refunds will be given. You may receive a refund, through qualifying events, if you purchase travel insurance when making a reservation.
Can we purchase a late checkout or early check-in?
- Late checkouts and early check-ins can be purchased for $75. Please call the vacation rental office at 435.634.4660 to discuss if a late checkout or early check-in is available for your reservation.
Do you have parking available for boats and ATV/UTV trailers?
- There are limited parking stalls in the rentals for overflow parking. If you are bringing down a trailer or recreation vehicle, we ask that you contact our rental office for parking information. We have parking available close by the vacation rentals. Space is limited, but we will accommodate the best we can.
Do some of the homes have pack-n-plays for babies?
- Some of our vacation rentals include such items as pack-n-plays, child chairs, etc. We have provided a list of amenities for each unit on our website. Please review the amenities for each St. George rental to see if it includes such items as a pack-n-play.
Do you have pots & pans to cook within the rentals?
- Each vacation rental comes with a fully equipped kitchen. We have pots, pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, plates, bowls, glasses, and utensils for making meals in the home. Some of the villas may have spices available, but we recommend bringing your own just in case. Salt and pepper are supplied in each rental as a standard.
Do you offer long-term rental options?
- We do offer long-term rental options from one month to over a year. Please contact our office at 435.634.4660 for pricing and availability for our long-term rental program.
Do we need to bring pool towels with us, or do you supply them?
- We supply all towels and linens (including pool towels) for your stay. Pool towels are typically located in the master closet of each home.
Are your pools open and heated year-round?
- Pools are open & heated at 80 degrees year-round. We have two community pools & two hot tubs. Additionally, limited units have private hot tubs.
Does every vacation rental have pool access & what are the pool hours?
- Pool hours are from 10 am- 10 pm. We have 2 community pools and hot tubs, available for our rentals in St. George, Utah in The Escapes neighborhood. You can use the search criteria on our website to identify which units have access to the pools and hot tubs.
How far are the rentals from the pool?
- Some of the villas are located around the pool(s) while others may be up to 150 yards away. All our units are within a short walking distance to the heated pool(s), hot tub(s), and pickleball courts.
Does your restaurant deliver to the rental?
- We do offer room service from our restaurant Fish Rock Grille. Menu items include amazing pizzas, pasta, salads, and desserts. Simply call in your order, pay over the phone, and they will deliver it to your door. The Fish Rock Grille’s phone number and hours of operation are in each St. George vacation rental.
Do we get a discount on your golf course if we stay in your rentals?
- Anyone staying in the vacation rentals, is eligible to receive a discount on our golf course. The discount is $10 off per player for the morning rounds. To receive the discount, please call our office at 435.634.4660 and speak with Dan Dekker. He will set your tee time(s) up and tie your green fees into your reservation. If you book a tee time directly with the golf course, you will not be eligible for the discounted rate.
Do you have a fitness center on-site?
- We currently do not have a fitness center on-site. We do have two pickleball courts that are available for use and access to over 150 miles of hiking trails within a short five-minute drive. We also have a paved walking and biking trail directly associated with our community that connects to the entrance of Snow Canyon State Park. For those who would like to use a fitness center, please visit Elevation Fitness, a gym located just five minutes from our location. They offer daily membership rates.

Where is the closest grocery store?
- We have several options for grocery stores that are close to our location. Here are some of the store names and their distances from our community:
- Smith’s Grocery Store (7 miles or 10 minutes)
- Lin’s Fresh Market (8 miles or 13 minutes)
- Harmons Grocery (9 miles or 15 minutes)
- Costco (11 miles or 19 minutes)
- We also offer grocery delivery as a part of our concierge services!
How far are you from downtown St. George?
- We are located five miles north of Bluff Street on SR-18. It is a short eight to ten-minute drive to downtown St. George.
Are there hiking trails close by?
- St. George is full of walking, hiking, and biking trails. We are fortunate to be adjacent to Snow Canyon State Park (2 minutes away), which includes over 20 trailheads. We also rent E-Bikes, which can be ridden on a continuous loop through Snow Canyon on a single charge. You can also visit hikestgeorge.com or greaterzion.com to see a list of all the hiking & biking trails in the area.
How far is Snow Canyon State Park from the rentals?
- The entrance to Snow Canyon State Park is only 2 minutes from The Ledges community.
How far is Tuacahn from the rentals?
- Tuacahn Ampitheatre is only 20 minutes from The Ledges. One option is to go through Snow Canyon State Park for a stunning evening drive on your way to see one of Tuacahn’s outdoor concerts or Broadway shows. Information on discounted tickets is provided after making a reservation. Please contact our office with any questions.
How far are you from Zion National Park?
- Zion National Park is located 50 miles from The Ledges which is about an hour’s drive.
How far are you from Bryce Canyon Nation Park?
- Bryce Canyon National Park is located just 2 hours from The Ledges.
