Named after a bronze sculpture by Utah Artist Dennis Smith, this impeccably decorated residence exudes unsurpassed luxury. This setup ensures that "Taking Flight" can comfortably accommodate a variety of group sizes.

Fabulous Time at The Ledges!

"Taking Flight was a prime location for enjoying the views and watching golfers. Our party of 12 had plenty of room and we spent a lot of time on the upper deck! The swim spa was perfect for winding down. The kitchen was large and had all the amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

"I traveled with my father, uncles, cousin's husband and friend for a golf trip in St. George. The home was immaculate. The view was pristine and the amenities were just right. We never used the swim spa but loved the upper deck and the fire pit. Kitchen was well stocked and well appointed. The reason we chose this residence was that it had 6 king beds as we had six adults. Wonderful location and a beautiful home. I would highly recommend.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely residence. It was very nice and clean and fit our needs perfectly. The spacious hot tub and nice fire pit were particularly nice. "We had the best time at the Taking Flight rental. Immaculate home! Great space. Lots of room, bedrooms, bathrooms, gathering space(inside and out). The fire pit outside was great in the evening to hang out with family. Located right on the golf course. Balcony porch was perfect for coffee in the morning. We had all the stuff we needed and then some. The home was beautifully decorated as a home should be. We were there for a wedding and some of our family rented a home across the street...could not compare with this home! I highly recommend this home to rent. Price is great. Communication with the agency is great. If you stay here, you won't be sorry.

Boys Golf Trip

"Unreal house to stay at! Clean perfect for an 8 guy trip. Kitchen was stocked! Had everything you could think of you would need.

Hot tub was awesome. Fire pit great. Beds were comfy.

You are about 15 minutes out of town to the north so keep that in mind. We did not play the ledges golf course. But you are literally walking distance to the course.

Only constructive feedback. Get 3ply Toilet paper!!! lol.

Soccer Tournament Getaway

"We stayed 4 nights with two families and our grandparents who stayed in the casita. We had a lovely time. The property was as described and looked just like the pictures. It's a bit out of town towards Snow Canyon. It would be a very convenient location for Tuacahn. We were in town for a soccer tournament but we enjoyed Gunlock falls, rappelling and rock climbing and golfing close by.

"We recently rented Taking Flight as a location to house our family during my mom‘s 80th birthday celebration. In total, there were eight of us, including an infant. The location was perfectly situated near St. George, had a venue for my mom‘s party, and was ideal for entertaining afterwards. The layout was perfect for young and old alike, with single level bedrooms, and a lower level for the kids. The morning and evening views were spectacular with the sunrise and sunset. Communication with owners was easy. Kitchen was perfectly appointed and large enough to prepare large meals. Loved the decor and the exceptionally clean hot tub. Our granddaughter loved playing the piano.

"This was the most beautiful rental home! It had everything! Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful windows with sunny views, even the decor is a treat! "We had a wonderful vacation at the Taking Flight home in Ledges. Some of our favorite things about the home were the on-site spa pool and fire pit, the proximity to the new park, and easy access to the community pool, Pickleball, and workout center.
