About The Community
Hillcrest is a new and unique small-scale community of nightly rental-approved townhomes right off Ledges Parkway. With hard floors and quartz countertops throughout, Hillcrest also boasts a large community pool, spa, and recreation area. Each back patio has hookups for a gas barbecue and all townhomes have full landscaping, front and back.
Choose either the four bed, four and a half bath and two car garage, or the three bed, three and a half bath, and one car garage option. Beautiful views of the surrounding red rock or white mountains. Open houses are being held Fridays and Saturdays, and there are a limited number of units available, some with fully furnished options.
