In the winter of 2014, The Ledges of St. George started offering ownership opportunities for vacation rental villas and homes.  Since its creation, Ledges Vacation Rentals has grown to manage over 100 properties in The Ledges community.  We pride ourselves on offering our guests resort-style accommodations that include access to The Ledges Golf Club, The Fishrock Grille, neighborhood amenities, and concierge services to nearby attractions and vendors.  We also create custom stay & play golf packages for our guests with access to 20 golf courses in St. George and the surrounding areas.  Our luxury villas are between 1,800 – 2,900 square feet and sleep between 6 to 16 people.  Our single-family homes are between 2,300 – 4,000 square feet and sleep between 6 to 16 people.  Our large St. George vacation rentals sleep larger groups and are perfect for reunions or multiple families staying together.  Our goal is to ensure you have a memorable stay and enjoy all that Southern Utah has to offer.  We love getting to know our guests and please let us know if we can assist you during your visit to beautiful St. George, Utah.

Meet Our Team

Jeff Roberts – Director of Vacation Rentals/Property Manager

Jeff was born in St. George, Utah, and has been working with The Ledges since 2013.  In 2015, Jeff helped create Ledges Vacation Rentals.  He oversees operations, global strategy, pricing, accounting processes, and works with owners in managing their homes.  Jeff received his undergraduate degree in Business Management with a Marketing emphasis from The Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University.  In his spare time, he loves everything Southern Utah has to offer including fishing, hunting, camping, and spending time with his family.  Jeff is married and has five daughters and one son.

Dan Dekker – Development Manager/Property Manager

Dan grew up in Beaver, Utah where his passion for helping others all started. He attended Utah Valley University & Southern Utah University with an emphasis on Business Management and Marketing. He excels in customer service and always looks for opportunities to create a lasting experience for his guests and golf groups. Dan lives by the motto “you only get one chance at a first impression” and shares that with every guest he encounters. In his spare time, he enjoys playing cornhole and softball and time with his family and friends.  Dan is married and has four boys.

Kimber Stricker – Reservations & Guest Services Manager:

Kimber was born in St. George, Utah, and joined The Ledges in 2015 as an administrative assistant.  A short while later she became the Food & Beverage Manager at The Fishrock Grille, The Ledges onsite restaurant.  In 2018 she joined Ledges Vacation Rentals as the reservations manager.  Kimber loves working with guests and understanding what brought them to our area. She values the opinions of each guest and the experience they have with us. Kimber loves to spend time traveling, hiking, gardening, and being with her friends and family. She is married and has four boys. Working with the vacation rental team has made it possible for Kimber to be able to do the things she loves, work with exceptional leaders, and meet new people from all walks of life.
