The floor-plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and repelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

"Beautiful home in a great location. Great kitchen, decks and amenities for a fun and easy vacation. Guys played golf at 4 different courses while the ladies ran the 1/2 marathon and hiked several areas. Great communication from the resort staff. If we return to this area we would definitely consider this exact home again.

"Came for a baseball tournament. Weather was great, but had an amazing time. House was fabulous. We plan on having another get together at the same house to do some hiking and golfing. Plenty of space great amenities in the house. They worked with us on checking in early and checked in with us during our stay. Would recommend to everyone

"This was a great location and a large rental property to accommodate a group of adults and teens. It had a pool, tennis courts and other amenities close by. "We had a wonderful family vacation with our stay at Lounging at the Ledges. It was a beautiful place to stay and provided enough room for all 4 different families. It also was one of the few condo's that was kid friendly. There was so much room that everyone had a place to go to do their thing. The beds were comfortable. We were very close to the swimming pool so we were able to walk there with the little kids. This was a wonderful place to stay. We plan on coming back here again.

Perfect Family Get Away

"The house was beautiful, clean, and very functional. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We were glad we didn't go shopping before coming to the property since there were several things the house already had that we would have bought. We were especially impressed with attention to the little things, blankets, games, toys for kids of all ages, plenty of towels, pickle ball paddles and balls, and kick boards for the pool. We had an excellent time and will make this a yearly family tradition.

"My family and I attended for my son's wedding there at the Golf Resort so location was definitely a convenience. And coming from Alberta, I personally appreciated Jeff allowing text messaging which was a huge convenience (and assurance) for me. Upon arrival, the kids and I were overwhelmed at all the amenities provided, all I had to do was buy afew groceries. Everything, and I mean everything, was already provided. I appreciated the luxury, the convenience and the beauty of the entire Resort. I have every intention of staying here every time I drive down to visit my son and his family. "The home was perfect for our families, we have 3 married children with 3 grand kids, All amenities were provided, including Shampoo, conditioner, etc. There was a TV in every Bedroom including a rec. and great room, the beds were plush and comfortable, the kitchen had everything you would need including children's plates, and cups. The patio above the garage was a lot of fun gathering at night with a gentle breeze. The pool and Golf course added to having it be a great experience.

"We've done 7 of these man golf trips for 8 and this was one of our favorites. Clean, nice, comfortable, etc. I could go on and on. Plenty of room for eight grown men. Very well kept and simple to check on and out.

Luxurious Condo, Great Location!

"I stayed at this condo with my daughter's soccer team and had a wonderful experience! I can't say enough about how nice this condo is! The combination of indoor and outdoor living areas provided plenty of space for 11 girls and 3 adults to spread out. The furnishings are top of the line, and fully stocked with all of the kitchen appliances that we could ever have needed. The bed was beyond comfortable--I wanted to pack it up and take it home with me! The wi-fi had enough bandwidth to cover all of our needs, and that's saying something considering there were eleven 18-year-old girls there! The girls enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool after a long day at the field--the hot tub was large enough for the team with extra room to spare! I also appreciated that it wasn't in the middle of town; it was just far enough out to feel like I was leaving the hustle and bustle of the city. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious condo in a great location.

" We had the pleasure of staying at this house last weekend. As soon as we pulled up, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the place looked. The property the surrounding area, a little nice neighborhood with great scenic views.

There were 13 of us staying at the house, seven kids and six adults. The housework perfect for us. We loved the upstairs room that had bunkbeds that would sleep six kids. The individual rooms were absolutely perfect. Not so sure I slept on the bed so comfortable in years. The bathrooms were out of this world, top line on everything in this house. The washers were great, The kitchen was fantastic, it had just about every thing you needed to cook anything or do anything in the house. The TVs were great, huge flat screens in every room, I could go on and on.

Although it rained the majority of our time this weekend, we were able to take short walks around the property in the morning and the evening, pretty cool place. The pool and hot tub were out of this world, I think The kids spent 50% of their time down at the pool.

We loved that it was 10 minutes out of downtown, no dealing with hotels, traffic, or people. If I had to read this on a scale of 1 to 10, it would get 12. Thank you for letting us enjoy your house and property, you've done it incredible job.

"Lots of beds and very nice kitchen, furniture. A little far from downtown but close to snow canyon and that side of st. George. But we loved it and would definitely go back.

"We had a really good time. The property was clean and inviting when we arrived. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable.
The condo was very well stocked. We had everything that we needed. The kitchen had just about everything that we could have needed. The bathrooms were well stocked too. And what was especially nice was that the bedrooms also had plenty of blankets and pillows. We were very comfortable and pleased.
We had a wonderful time in St. George and being able to stay at the condo was a large part of that. We did not need to bring a lot of supplies nor appliances.
We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. We had a wonderful time. We would very much like to visit again.
