Chef’s 6-Course Dinner & Beer Pairing

Join us for fun-filled evening of delicious food and beer featuring Moab Brewery, which was founded in 1996 and is Moab’s only microbrewery. Their beers have become local favorites and we’re excited to pair them with Chef Kelemete’s custom menu. Courses 1-5 will accompany a 4-5 ounce pour of  beer and course 6 is a beer infusion dessert, see the full menu below. Additional beer or other bar drinks are available for additional purchase during the dinner.  Must be 21+ to attend. Ticket pre-purchase is required. Our beer tasting dinners are our most popular event, we hope to see you there 🙂 

Course 1
Fried Cheese Curds
beer battered cheese curds, cactus jelly

paired with: Pale Ale (IBU 50 ABV 6%)

Course 2
Smoked Chicken Wing
smoked chicken, chipotle bleu cheese sauce

paired with: Black Raven Oatmeal Stout (IBU 60 ABV 4%) 

Course 3
Braised Short Rib Slider
braised short rib, smoked gouda cheese, caramelized onion, rib jus

paired with: Red Rye IPA (IBU 75 ABV 4%)

Course 4
Seared Salmon
seared salmon, grilled asparagus, roasted potatoes, parsnip puree

paired with: Porcupine Pilsner (IBU 13 ABV 4%)

Course 5
Veal Scaloppini
breaded veal, barely risotto, roasted baby carrots

paired with: FMU Double IPA (IBU 137 ABV 9.6%)

Course 6
Beercotta
beer infused panna cotta, fresh berries

infused with: Desert Select Belgian Triple (IBU 32 ABV 8.6%)
