In order to provide the highest level of service, we ask that you provide a complete list of event participants 48 hours in advance. This will provide our professional staff with the opportunity to have everything ready at the time your guests arrive.
Special Notes:
- A guaranteed number of players is required 7 days prior to the event.
- In the event a shotgun event has less than 100 players, The Ledges has the right to book the course to full capacity.
- Starting times for shotgun events may be restricted to certain time periods depending on the time of year.
- A $2,000 deposit is required in order to secure your tournament date.
- The remaining balance of payment for the Tournament is due 48 hours prior to your event.
